He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth H. Wilmot and Elizabeth Wilmot (Mosher); and his niece Rebecca E. Pettway. He is survived by: his wife Linda (Fisher); his children, Jessica T. Stephens (Adam) and Christopher T. Long; his grandchildren, Daimeon Wilmot and Benjamin Stephens; and his brother Peter A. Wilmot (Nancy).

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to, Masonic Grand Lodge Charities of RI, 222 Taunton Ave., East Providence, RI 02914 to which proceeds will go to the Robert J. Allen Medical Distribution Center.
