She was predeceased by: her parents, Alice Soares (Cesario Fratiello) and Marsha; and her brothers, Albert Soares and Kenneth Fratiello. She is survived by: her children, Dennis McGinity Jr. and Marcy De Veny; her children-in-law, John De Veny and Pamela McGinity; and her grandson Dennis McGinity III.
