He was predeceased by: his father Martin T. C. Adams Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Kathleen F. Adams (Clancy); his children, Martin T. C. Adams IV (Jessica), Crystal L. Adams and Dillon R. Adams; his grandchildren, Joshua, Nevaeh, Aubrey, Jenessa, Noah, Ruby, Dillon, Lucy, Logan and Creed; and his sisters, Ann M. Alvarado, Kathleen J. Brito, Virginia M. Adams and Gina M. Adams. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
