With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Meghan Catherine O'Brien (Warwick, Rhode Island), who passed away on April 8, 2024 at the age of 34. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her brother Daniel O'Brien; and her granddaughter Mary W. Terry. She is survived by : her parents, James O'Brien, Jr. and Erin A. Marsella (Terry); her sons, James O'Brien and Jaxson DaCosta; her boyfriend Steven Delmonico; her sibling Ryan Marsella; her stepbrother Gregory Marsella; and her grandsons, James O'Brien, Sr. and Edwin Terry. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.

A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Kevin Church (333 Sandy Ln, Warwick, RI 02889).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Michael J. Terry Fund, donations can be made out to Brothers of Our Lady of Providence, PO Box 72832, Providence, RI 02907 will be appreciated.
