She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin J. Turner and Patricia E. Turner; and her niece Rachel. She is survived by: her husband Kevin P. Barnes; her sons, Kyle Barnes of Warwick, RI and Matthew Barnes (Amy Gagnon) of Berkley, MA; her brother Edwin Alan Turner (Coreena) of Warwick, RI; her siblings-in-law, Richard Barnes, Tim Barnes (Mary), Lewis Barnes, Julie Hoy (Tom) and Kathy Gardner (Bryan); and her sibling's children, Ian, Jack, Hannah, Ethan, Corey, Ryan, Andrew, Aleesha, Danielle, Amity and Michael.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Thomas and Walter Quinn Funeral Chapel (2435 Warwick Ave, Warwick, RI 02889). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, December 3rd 2025 at the Forest Chapel Cemetery.
