With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia M. Dwyer (Warwick, Rhode Island), born in Newport, Rhode Island, who passed away on November 19, 2023 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Dwyer and Malvina Dwyer (Lachance); and her brothers, William and Charles Dwyer. She is survived by: her husband Arthur G. Frazier; her children, Seth C. Dwyer-Frazier of Warwick and Erin M. Dwyer-Frazier (Steve Almeida) of Rehoboth, MA; her sister Kathryne Sullivan of Rehoboth, MA; and her granddaughter Grace Patricia Almeida.
