He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Crookes Jr. and Kathleen O'Brien Crookes; and his brothers, James Crookes and Dennis Crookes. He is survived by: his daughters, Siobhan Crookes of Warwick, RI and Colleen Crookes of North Kingstown, RI.; his grandchildren, Konnor Barbour, Juliet Crookes and Hunter Mooney; and his brothers, John Crookes and Arthur Crookes III. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives, and friends.
