He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert E. Fullerton and Aliene J. Fullerton (Park); his siblings, Frederick Fullerton, Norman Fullerton and Anna Fullerton; his son Kevin P. Fullerton; and his significant other Keith Partelo.

He is survived by: his children, Thomas P. Fullerton of Warwick, RI and Melissa A. Weidman (Dean) of Tiverton, RI.; Jo Ann Pietraallo.
