He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Beth" Halliwell (Brown); his children, Amy Halliwell, Ryan Halliwell (Sarah) and Todd Halliwell (Kimberly); his grandchildren, Gianna, Isbella Halliwell and Molly Harrold; his brother Robert Halliwell; and his sister-in-law Kathleen Halliwell.
