He was predeceased by: his father Milton Riggins Jr. (Riggie). He is survived by: his mother Kathryn Riggins of Providence; his wife Staci Turner of Warwick; his children, Ladaisha Jones of Providence, Nakiyah Winston of Warwick, Derrick Winston and Daqaun Turner of Providence; his grandchildren, Kyheir, Zaiden, Loyal and Amelia; and his siblings, Donnell Winston of Providence, Milton Riggins III of East Providence, Darlene Gomes of Providence, Victoria Palmer of Warren and Angel Alba of East Providence. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
