He was predeceased by: his parents, John "Jack" and Jean Reynolds (MacPherson). He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Edward R. Reynolds, Sandi L. Plouffe, Shelley J. Higgins and Scott J. Reynolds; his grandchildren, Jeffrey Stevens, Kelly Reynolds, Victoria Reynolds, Cassidi Plouffe, Kirsten Reynolds, Jacob Plouffe, Scott Reynolds, Jr., Jillian Higgins and Isabella Higgins; and his great grandchildren, Owen and Grayson Phillips.

The funeral ceremony will be private; however, a military honors celebration will be open to friends when Covid-19 restrictions allow.
