He was predeceased by: his parents, George E. Slocum and Hazel M. Slocum (Hulton); and his sister Diane Wallace. He is survived by: his wife Donna M. Slocum (Poirier); his children, James Slocum (Erika), John Slocum (Kelly), Christopher Slocum (Jessica) and Katie Lynn Doshi (Kushan); and his brothers, Philip Slocum and James Grady. He is also survived by his 10 grandchildren.
