He was predeceased by: his parents, John Claude and Alice Isabel Benoit (MacInnis); and his sister Susanne M. Benoit of Cranston. He is survived by: his daughter Elizabeth Benoit of Warwick; his siblings, John D. Benoit of Gulf Shores, AL, Jean M. Giesswein of Mechanicsburg, PA, David S. Benoit of South Attleboro, MA and Michelle A. Benoit of Foster, RI; and his former wife Pamela A. Benoit (Iadeluca). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
