Blue (Warwick, Rhode Island), born in North Adams, Massachusetts, who passed away on October 26, 2023, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her spouse Rhoderick R. Blue; her parents, Raymond Bissaillon and Vitaline Bissaillon (Roberts); and her siblings, Raymond Bissaillon, Robert Bissaillon and Joan Ziter.
She is survived by: her children, Ronald Blue (Aleta) of Severna Park, Richard Blue (Doreen) of Flat Rock, Rhonda Sears (late Ronald) of Newport and Robin Blue (Robert Robarge) of Grafton, Massachusetts.; and her grandchildren, Kathy Baptista, Courtney Dingley, Kristen Blue, Nicholas Blue, Garrick Blue, Mikaila Ventrudo and Mimi'.
