Phillips (Warwick, Rhode Island), born in Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away on July 16, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth W. Phillips; her parents, Angelo DeStefano and Helen O. DeStefano (Branch); and her brother Anthony DeStefano. She is survived by: her children, Vincent C. Fava, Pamela A. Costello (Robert), David A. Fava (Kathleen), Kevin J. Fava (Kathleen) and Kenneth W. Phillips, Jr.; and her siblings, Larry DeStefano, Louise Bennett, Thomas DeStefano, Donald DeStefano and Christine DeStefano Branch. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and one great great-grandson.
