She was predeceased by: her husband Frederic E. Allen, Jr.; her parents, Basil Smith and Mary Smith (Pettinato); and her sister Carole A. Varone. She is survived by: her sons, Frederic E. "Rik" Allen, III (Shelley) of Sedro-Woolley, WA and Michael D. Allen of Warwick; her grandchildren, Zachary Walker and Madison Walker; and her niece Elise K. Barilla (Peter Barilla, Jr.).
