With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Theodore H. Flad of Warwick, Rhode Island, born in Worcester, Massachusetts, who passed away on November 6, 2023 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara E. Flad (Kerfoot); his parents, Fred Flad and Marie Flad (Ballis); and his brother Richard "Dick" Flad. He is survived by: his son Matthew R. Flad (Danielle); his sister Virginia Everstine; and his grandchildren, Jack and Bella.
