He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Thomas Habershaw and Maureen Habershaw (Burke); his wife Marie Angell Habershaw; and his children, Thomas Aquinas Habershaw III (Pamela Habershaw), Elizabeth Habershaw Proulx (Roland Proulx), Maggie Marie Habershaw and Ryan Joseph Habershaw.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his name to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
