He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elizabeth A. Packhem (McHale) and Lewis P. Packhem; his children, Jessica L. Waters (Sean), Hannah E. Packhem, Timothy J. Packhem, Grampa' (T. J.) of Timothy, Owen and Emma Waters; his siblings, Andrew Packhem and Thomas Packhem; and also, Paula Martorelli and Cari Packhem.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Thomas and Walter Quinn Funeral Chapel (2435 Warwick Ave, Warwick, RI 02889). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 8:45 AM at the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Home (2435 Warwick Ave, Warwick, RI 02889). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Kevin Church (333 Sandy Ln, Warwick, RI 02889).
