He was predeceased by: his father Henry Kingsley "Hank" Bouchard; and his sister Cheryl Ann Raub (Bouchard). He is survived by: his children, Andrew James "Andy" Bouchard, Brian Joseph Bouchard and Jacqueline Alisa "Jackie" Bouchard; his parent Jean Ann Bouchard (Quigley); his brother Brian Gerald Bouchard; and the mother of his children Sheryl Ann McNulty (Jacques). He is also survived by his relatives, his ex-wife.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Barrett & Cotter Funeral Home (1328 Warwick Ave, Warwick, RI 02888).
