He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter E., Sr. and Doris M. McDevitt (Alarie); and his sisters, Eileen Kulisch and Mary Sheila Arnold. He is survived by: his siblings, Paul J. McDevitt (Diane) of North Kingstown and Martha E. Jones (Charles Haynes) of East Greenwich. He is also survived by 14 nieces and nephews, numerous great nieces and nephews, and 1 great, great niece.
