He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Paulette R. Arsenault (Guilbeault) of Rehoboth, MA; his parents, William A. Arsenault and Mary M. Arsenault (Clouart); his children, Jeffrey A. Arsenault (Kathleen Arsenault) of Coventry, RI, William R. Arsenault Jr. (Steven Masso) of Virginia Beach, VA and Heather J. Tramonti (John J. Tramonti) of East Greenwich, RI.; his grandchildren, Katelyn Barbera (Joseph Barbera), Hannah Tramonti and John "Jack" Tramonti; and his great grandchild Addison Barbera.
