He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Blair (Anderson); his children, William J. Blair of Warwick, Patrick A. Blair (Brandon Arthur) of West Warwick, Brenton S. Blair (Amelia Kwan) of Castro Valley, California and Caitlin M. Blair (Karl Almgren) of Warwick; his grandchildren, Envie Almgren, Layla Almgren, Rowan Blair and Colton Almgren; and his siblings, Holly Klevas (Gerald), Laurie Mockler (late Joseph) and Beth Papaioannou (Gus).

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Barret & Cotter Funeral Home (1328 Warwick Ave, Warwick, RI 02888). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 4th 2026 at 9:00 AM at the Barrett & Cotter Funeral Home (1328 Warwick Ave, Warwick, RI 02888). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, November 4th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Kevin's Church (333 Sandy Ln, Warwick, RI 02889).

In lieu of flowers donations in his memory to the Alzheimer's Association will be appreciated.
