Lizak of Warwick, Rhode Island, born in Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away on April 11, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Frederick Lizak and Stella Lizak (Kurowski); and his siblings, Walter and Stella Belonos. He is survived by : his wife Ann Marie Lizak (Ryan). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Russell J. Boyle & Son Funeral Home (142 Centerville Rd, Warwick, RI 02886). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Wounded Warrior Project, P.O. Box 758516, Topeka, Kansas 66675-8516 in his memory would be appreciated.
