He was predeceased by: his parents, William L. Moone and Eleanor Moone (Carpenter); and his sister Donna Lane. He is survived by: his wife Janice M. Moone (Blanchard); his daughter Cynthia Anne Moone of South Carolina; his stepsons, Mark S. Crothers (Kerri) of Rhode Island, Robert S. Crothers of Rhode Island and Kevin J. Crothers (Scott Franco) of Rhode Island; and his grandchildren, Ethan William Angus McLeod of South Carolina, Brandon Edward Nobles of Rhode Island, Courtney Stomberg (Justin) of Rhode Island, Mark R. Crothers of Rhode Island, Anna Crothers of Rhode Island and Robert Crothers of Rhode Island.
