In the sacred silence of farewell, Carol is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She was predeceased by: her parents, John F. Manning and Margaret Manning (Leddy); and her siblings, Jean Cahoon, Margaret Branch and Dennis Manning.
She is survived by: her husband Eugene F. Scallon; her sons, Eugene F. Scallon of West Greenwich and Steven R. Scallon (Kevin R. Murphy) of Mattapoisett, MA.; and her granddaughter Sheri L. Scallon of Harrisville.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM at the Iannotti Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 11:15 AM at the Saints John & Paul Church (341 S Main St, Coventry, RI 02816).
