It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James Cogan of West Greenwich, Rhode Island, who passed away on April 9, 2024, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Cogan and Jane Cogan of East Greenwich; and his brother Robert Cogan of East Greenwich.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Hill Funeral Home (822 Main St, East Greenwich, RI 02818). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association, Rhode Island Chapter, to honor James's memory and support those affected by the disease https://www.alz.org.
