He was predeceased by : his father John Wragg, Sr.; and his brother Ernest Wragg. He is survived by : his wife Judith; his children, Melissa Sangiuliano (Gino) of Barrington and Gregory Wragg of Warwick; his grandsons, Michael and Matthew Sangiuliano; and his siblings, John Wragg, Richard Wragg and Rebecca Bonenfant.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Paul's name to the Hope Alzheimer's Center, 25 Brayton Ave, Cranston, Rhode Island 02920, an organization that provided constant guidance and support during a difficult time.
