He was predeceased by : his parents, Walter P. McGinn and Mary Ellen McGinn (Coffey); and his sister Agnes Deery. He is survived by : his wife Mary Ann McGinn (Tompkins); his children, Walter P. McGinn III (Carolyn) of Pomfret Center, CT, Kathleen M. Barrie (Russell) of Cranston, Maureen A. Gooding (Michael) of Warwick, Michael J. McGinn (Lisa) of Chesterfield, VA and Colleen E. Chace (Timothy) of Coventry; his grandchildren, Christopher, Mary, John McGinn, Jennifer, Elena Barrie, Matthew Palmer, Zachary Duda, Lily and William Chace; and his great grandchildren, Emerson and Ophelia. He is also survived by his friends and family.
