She was predeceased by: her husband Norman K. Spencer; her parents, Edgar Barrett and Mariam Barrett (Aldrich); and her brother Ronald Barrett. She is survived by: her children, Norman K. Spencer Jr. of Massachusetts, Donald C. Spencer of Ashaway, RI, Cheryl A. Solgoit of Norwich, Connecticut and Janet Stapleton (Spencer) of West Warwick, RI.. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
In keeping with Arleen's deep and abiding faith, contributions in her memory may be made to Riverpoint Advent Christian Church.
