He is survived by: his son David Klok; his daughter-in-law Tammy of West Warwick, RI.; his granddaughter Megan Klok; his sister Mary Uhl (Richard) of Fish Creek; and his close friend Louise Joyal. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
