She was predeceased by: her husband Harry H. Merrill; her parents, Gladys Simoneau and A. Gaston Simoneau; and her brother George Rigby. She is survived by: her daughter Wendy Scott (Bill Scott) of North Kingstown; her granddaughter Jessica Peterson (Michael Peterson) of North Kingstown; her great grandchildren, Noland and Gavin Peterson; and her brothers, Wayne Simoneau (Carole) of South Caroline and Larry Simoneau (Martha) of Wakefield, RI.. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Carpenter-Jenks Funeral Home (659 E Greenwich Ave, West Warwick, RI 02893). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the same location.
