He was predeceased by: his wife Gertrude "Trudy" Mollohan (Carr); his parents, Earl P. Mollohan and Eva M. Mollohan (Graff); and his brothers, Earl P. and Kenneth Mollohan.
He is survived by: his sons, Dr. Wayne Mollohan (Deborah), R. I., Steven Mollohan (Susan Monica-Mollohan) and Brian Mollohan (Karen). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
