He was predeceased by : his parents, Alice M. Johnson (Nichols) and William Johnson; his brother David W. Trinkwald; and his grandson Jared L. Carpenter-Trinkwald. He is survived by : his wife Lisa R. Trinkwald (Goodman); his children, Charles R. Carpenter and Riley C. Trinkwald (Kayla); his stepchildren, Dana R. Dutra (Steven), Derek S. Goff and Kyle D. Goff (Colleen); his siblings, Gina M. Trinkwald and Daniel E. Johnson; his grandchildren, Marcus R. Carpenter-Trinkwald and Natalie Trinkwald; his stepgrandchildren, Lila Riebe, Kayleigh Riebe and Deanna Pina; and his nephews, Matthew Richards, James Desalvo, Timothy Desalvo and Brady Johnson.
