He is survived by: his wife Virginia Schmidt Parker, MD; his sons, Matthew and Ted; and his siblings, Jonathan of Sonoma, CA, Christopher of Boxford, MA and Susan of Lakeville, CT.. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
