He was predeceased by : his wife Louise L. Souza (LaRoche); his parents, Jesse J. Souza and Angelina Souza (Ventura); and his sibling Jesse J. Souza, Jr.. He is survived by : his son Christopher D. Souza (Terrie David) of West Warwick; and his grandsons, Tristan J. Souza and Landon D. Souza.
