He was predeceased by : his parents, Norman Cook and Elizabeth Cook (Scott). He is survived by : his wife Mary L. "MaryLu" Cook (Collins); his sons, Dean Cook II (Dawn), Joseph Cook (Shona) and Timothy Cook (Chris); his grandchildren, Danielle, Deanna Cook, Morgan and Ella Cook; and his sister Elizabeth Dauphinee (Warner).
