With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Edith L. Blane (West Warwick, Rhode Island), born in South Norwalk, Connecticut, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. As Edith departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Edith. Though Edith may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her husband Edward J. Blane; her parents, Byron S. Littlefield and Jeanette Littlefield (Maruca); her sisters, Eileen and Betty (Edward Blane); and her son Peter Blane.
She is survived by: her son Christopher Blane; her daughter-in-law Cheryl Blane; her granddaughter Melanie Wilk; and her great grandchild Luke Wilk. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
