It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elaine M. Dugan (West Warwick, Rhode Island), who passed away on May 20, 2026, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Maker and Emma M. Maker (Dumas). She is survived by: her children, John R. Dugan, Howard C. Dugan, Theresa A. Hall, Patricia M. Kiley, Laura J. Cyr and Lisa M. Morrisey. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
