She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira J. F. Cook, Sr. and Jessica Cook (Marra). She is survived by: her husband Richard E. Toracinta; her children, Richard I. Toracinta, Richard I. Toracinta, Chief Petty Officer, U. S. Navy (Ret.), and his wife Chanel, Laurie D. Rossi (Tom) and Jessica J. Toracinta-Bogosian; her sibling Ira John Francis Cook, Jr., Deputy Chief, West Warwick Police Department (Ret.) and his wife Kim; her grandchildren, Rachel, Ricky, Matthew, Rebecca, Ira, Fran and Lexy; her great grandchildren, Kahlan, Elise, Olivia and Ian; her niece Jennifer Cook; her nephew Ryan Cook; and her great-nieces, Abigail Spadoni and Emily Spadoni.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 8th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Prata-Gallogly Funeral Home (78 Providence St, West Warwick, RI 02893). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, May 8th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Gregory the Great Church (360 Cowesett Rd, Warwick, RI 02886).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
