She was predeceased by: her husband John L. Forte; her parents, Frederick Cavanaugh and Pearl Cavanaugh (Lemoine); and her brothers, Frederick Cavanaugh Jr. and Robert Cavanaugh.
She is survived by: her children, Christopher J. Forte (Rosemary) of Somerset, MA and Laurie A. Chatterley of West Warwick; her grandchildren, Samantha Dexter, Christopher Forte, Morgan Chatterley, Nathan Chatterley, Benjamin Brodeur and Claire Brodeur; and her great grandchild Ozzy Axel Dexter.
