Armstrong of West Warwick, Rhode Island, born in Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away on April 7, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Frank A. Spooner and Harriett M. Spooner (Arnold); and her sister Elisabeth P. Spooner. She is survived by : her son Gregory A. Armstrong (Nicole Armstrong) of East Greenwich; her foster son Douglas D. Seymour (Nichole Deveno) of Southwick, MA; her brother William H. Spooner; and her grandsons, David and Colby Seymour. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Frances' memory to the St. Jude's Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN, 38105 would be appreciated.
