He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank J. Furmankiewicz and Sophie Furmankiewicz (Slota). He is survived by: his stepson Jacob R. Ballard; his siblings, Joan Lague (late Ronald Lague), Carolyn Prytula (David Legault) and Michael F. Furmankiewicz (Lisa); and his granddaughters, Claire and Julia Ballard. He is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
