He was predeceased by: his parents, George E. Carner and Mary Carner (McGwin); and his sisters, Marie Lindsey and Carol Carner. He is survived by: his wife Joann M. Carner (Truex); his son Dylan Carner of West Warwick; and his brother David Carner of California.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Iannotti Funeral Home (415 Washington St, Coventry, RI 02816). The military honors was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Ri Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
