He was predeceased by: his parents, Jonathan I. Maxson Sr. and Kathryn Maxson (Comstock); and his brother Jonathan I. Maxson, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Victoria Maxson (Caimano); his daughters, Susan Maxson (David) and Nancy Maxson Metallo (Christopher); his stepchildren, Lisa Grenier (Steven), David Lenz (Heidi) and Emily DeWitt (Jason); and his sibling's children, Jonathan I. Maxson, III, Judith Sharnik (Maxson) and David Maxson. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, twenty-four great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
