Jason leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Jason’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Jason will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Johnstone and Barbara Johnstone; his grandparents, Albert St. Germaine, James and Doris Johnstone; and his uncle Dennis St. Germaine.
He is survived by: his grandmother Helen St. Germaine; his aunts, Joyce St. Germaine (Christopher Marks) and Jean Johnstone; and his cousin Diane Marchessault.
A committal service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 9:30 AM at the St. Joseph Cemetery (959 Nooseneck Hill Rd, West Greenwich, RI 02817).
