She was predeceased by: her husband Andrew Graham; her parents, Walter F. Fortin and Georgiana M. Fortin (Ouellette); her brother Walter F. Fortin; and her daughter-in-law Debra Graham (Mathias).
She is survived by: her sons, Andrew, Charles (Jayne), James, Anthony and Peter. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 6th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Potvin-Quinn Funeral Home (45 Curson St, West Warwick, RI 02893). A procession was held on Saturday, March 7th 2026 at 8:30 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, March 7th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the John & James & St. Mary Mission Parish (40 Washington St, West Warwick, RI 02893).
