We bid farewell to John A. Barber (West Warwick, Rhode Island), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 4, 2025 at the age of 74. John touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Paul E. Barber, Sr. and Josephine (Gregoire); and also, Deborah Grandchamp, Heidi Austin and Jill Legault.

He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Jennifer Makin (David), Kristen Hinson and John J. Barber; his grandchildren, Cassidy Kosh, William Hinson and Alexander Hinson; and his siblings, Gregory Barber, Paul Barber, Jr., Claudia Greene and Kim Barber.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his memory to Friends Way, 765 West Shore Road, Warwick, RI 02889 and Button Hole Golf Course, 1 Buttonhole Dr, Providence, RI 02909.
