It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Louis Bernard Kelley Jr. of West Warwick, Rhode Island, who passed away on December 28, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his wife Phyllis L. Kelley (Carr); his parents, Louis B. Kelley and Rose M. Kelley (Victory); his son David P. Kelley; and his sisters, Madeline Morton and Rita Banes. He is also survived by five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
