She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Eric Ekroth; her parents, Horace Gagnon and Maria Gagnon (Errico); her son Erik Ekroth; her grandchildren, Sgt. Tyler Ekroth (US Army), Andrew Ekroth, Andrea Jawczak (Warwick) and Deputy Sheriff Richard Burns, Jr.; and her great grandchild Jack Jawczak. She was also cherished by her four grandchildren.
